- Define, improve, and maintain QA processes across multiple projects
- Design test strategies and test plans based on project risks and requirements
- Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and API testing
- Identify risks early and proactively prevent quality issues
- Work closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and customers
- Help teams improve quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and quality tooling
- Improve release readiness and deployment confidence

- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing
- Experience testing APIs and backend systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
